Meditation Mondays

Well met, witches!

Our lovely Coven Member, Velvet will be hosting a short guided meditation event. Most likely, anticipate this lasting about 10 minutes, but would also use it as an opportunity to chat with fellow members once we are finished. If all goes well, this will become a bi-weekly occurrence where we can all take a moment out of our busy lives to unwind, realign, and get ourselves into a more mindful headspace.

This weeks focus will be **relieving anxiety**!
